SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER

Your everyday hero – perfect for thickly spread toast, silky satay-style sauces and “just one more spoonful” straight from the jar.

 

 

Smooth Peanut is our original, back-to-basics nut butter – the one that started it all. Since launch, it’s become a firm cupboard staple for toast-lovers, porridge people and anyone who believes a spoonful of peanut butter can fix most things.

 

All About Smooth Peanut Butter:
Our Smooth Peanut Butter is made in small batches with slowly roasted peanuts and a pinch of Cornish Sea Salt for that moreish, “how is this so good?” finish. It’s velvety, rich and perfectly spreadable – thick enough to feel indulgent, smooth enough to glide over hot toast, pancakes or apple slices without a fight.

 

Where to Use Smooth Peanut Butter:
Think busy weekday breakfasts, packed lunches, late-night snacks and everything in between. Swirl it into porridge, spread it thick on toast or crumpets, spoon it into smoothies, or whisk it into satay-style sauces and noodle dishes. If there’s bread, fruit or a bowl of something that needs upgrading, Smooth Peanut is usually the answer.

Pairs beautifully with sliced banana, sharp jam, dark chocolate, honey, berries or a simple sprinkle of sea salt. Loves hanging out with sourdough, rye, crumpets and oats. Also works perfectly well with just a spoon and a quiet moment by the jar.

CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER

 

For days when you want a bit of bite – our Crunchy Peanut Butter is brilliant on toast, stirred through oats or yoghurts, and eaten straight from the jar for maximum crunch satisfaction.

 

 

Crunchy Peanut is our not-so-sensible sibling – all the rich, roasty flavour of our Smooth, but with big, golden peanutty crunch in every spoonful. It’s the jar people hide at the back of the cupboard so they don’t have to share.

 

All About Crunchy Peanut Butter:
Our Crunchy Peanut Butter is made in small batches with slowly roasted peanuts and a pinch of Cornish Sea Salt, then generously studded with roasted peanut pieces for maximum bite. It’s thick, nutty and wildly satisfying – the kind of crunch that makes toast feel like a proper occasion.

 

Where to Use Crunchy Peanut Butter:
Perfect when you want texture as well as flavour. Pile it onto hot toast or crumpets, swirl it through porridge or yoghurt for little pockets of crunch, dollop it on sliced apples, or use it in cookies, flapjacks and traybakes. It also makes an excellent “I just need something” spoonful straight from the jar.

 

Crunchy Peanut Butter Serving Notes:
Loves berry jams, sliced banana, honey, dark chocolate and a good, chewy sourdough. ABC BUTTER

When you want your nut butter to multitask, our ABC Butter is smooth, nutty and a natural source of selenium – brilliant in savoury dishes, smoothies and spread thick on toast when you want something savoury and satisfying.

 

 

ABC Butter is our all-rounder – a trio of almonds, Brazil nuts and cashews in one silky spread. It’s less shouty than peanut butter, with a mellow, earthy flavour that works just as well in a curry as it does on hot toast.

 

All About ABC Butter:
Our ABC Butter is made in small batches with roasted almonds, Brazil Nuts and cashews, then finished with a touch of Cornish Sea Salt. The result is ultra-creamy, subtly sweet and packed with natural protein and healthy fats – a smooth, sophisticated nut butter that plays nicely with both sweet and savoury.

 

Where to Use ABC Butter:
Think desk-drawer hero and kitchen workhorse. Stir it into overnight oats or yoghurt, blitz it into smoothies, use it as the base for salad dressings and satay-style sauces, or whisk it into marinades and noodle dishes. It’s also excellent on toast, rice cakes or drizzled over berries when you want something filling but not too sweet.

 

ABC Butter Serving Notes:
Loves lime, chilli, garlic and ginger in dressings and sauces. Gets on beautifully with honey, cinnamon, berries and bananas at breakfast. Try it drizzled over roasted veg, dolloped onto grain bowls, or thinned with a little water and citrus for a quick, glossy drizzle. MAPLE TURMERIC CASHEW BUTTER

Golden comfort in a jar. Sweet, gently spiced and delicious in steaming porridge, at brunch or whenever a meal needs a little bit of sunshine.

 

 

Maple Turmeric Cashew is our sweet–meets–savoury cashew butter – roasted cashews blended with warm turmeric and a whisper of maple. It’s the jar you reach for when you want something a bit interesting without having to actually do anything interesting in the kitchen.

 

All About Maple Turmeric Cashew Butter:
Made in small batches with cashews, sunflower seeds, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and a touch of maple, this one is velvety, sweet and warming, with a gentle spice that feels like a hug. The flavour is rounded and comforting rather than fiery – think golden milk latte in nut butter form.

 

Where to Use Maple Turmeric Cashew Butter:
Made for cosy breakfast and sweet-savoury experiments. Pile on to hot cross buns, walnut loaves or French toast, or melt into warm milk for a comforting golden drink. Trust us when we say it’s unbelievably good in a crispy bacon sourdough sandwich or slathered over roasted sweet potato.  

 

Maple Turmeric Cashew Butter Serving Notes:
Loves roasted carrots, sweet potato, baked apple and crispy bacon. It’s very happy alongside cauliflower, lentils, roasted chicken and rice. Try a swirl in soups, stews and curries that need a little richness and glow.

CACAO & HAZELNUT BUTTER

 

Cacao & Hazelnut is a nut butter that feel like dessert. Rich, chocolatey and sweetened only with dates. It’s the jar that mysteriously empties itself first.

 

Cacao & Hazelnut is our “grown-up chocolate spread” – roasted hazelnuts, cacao and dates for natural sweetness. It tastes like praline and posh chocolate rolled into one, but still earns its place at the breakfast table.

 

All About Cacao & Hazelnut Butter:
Made in small batches with hazelnuts, cashews, cacao and dates, this one is thick, nutty and properly chocolatey. The hazelnuts bring that classic gianduja vibe, while the dates add gentle caramel notes and soft, jammy flecks you can actually bite into.

 

Where to Use Cacao & Hazelnut Butter:
Perfect whenever you want to turn something simple into a treat. Stuff into medjool dates, spread on toasted crumpets, or bake into brownies, banana bread, cookies and tray bakes.  Use as a filling for thumbprint biscuits, pastry swirls or baked pears - or just eat straight from the jar.

 

Cacao & Hazelnut Butter Serving Notes:

COCONUT CARDAMOM CASHEW BUTTER

Your brunch in a jar. Creamy, coconutty and silky smooth. The one you reach for when porridge, toast or pancakes deserve more than “just a spread.”

 

 

Coconut Cardamom Cashew is a rich creamy swirl of pure indulgence that’s still perfectly acceptable at 7:30am on a Tuesday.

 

All About Coconut Cardamom Cashew Butter:
A later addition to our collection and one Zoe secretly favours – especially spread thick with raspberry jam on toast. Rich but not heavy, it has that “let me just check the jar again…” quality that makes it seriously hard to put back in the pantry once you’ve had the first mouthful.

 

Where to Use Coconut Cardamom Cashew Butter:
Brilliant on anything warm and toasty. From thick cut toast to a proper doorstopper cashew butter and jam sandwich. Drizzle over fridge-cold overnight oats before digging in. Stir into a rice pudding base, bake into crumbles or gently fold into whipped cream and spoon over grilled peaches or baked figs.

 

Coconut Cardamom Cashew Butter Serving Notes:
Loves raspberry jam (a house favourite) or gooseberry compote. Excellent on hot buttered toast or scones. Gets on especially well with poached pears, roasted nectarines, or as the finishing touch to yoghurt bowls that need a little bakery-style flourish.

 

 

ROSE & PISTACHIO BUTTER

If you secretly wish everything you eat came from a patisserie, Rose & Pistachio Butter is your go-to.

 

 

Rich, smooth, and lightly floral it’s utterly decadent. Basically a dessert that’s learned to behave itself at breakfast.

 

All About Rose & Pistachio Nut Butter:
The secret to this very special recipe is all in the order, temperature and timing.  We start with the rose, preparing it ahead of time with a bit of secret wizardry, then roast, blend and mix before jarring a nut butter that’s exquisitely lush, velvety and deeply moreish.

 

Where to Use Rose & Pistachio Nut Butter:
Best friends with anything you’d find in a bakery window and made for shameless show-off moments. Spoon into buttery croissants, layer under sliced figs or fold into mascarpone and generously heap over panettone or brioche French Toast.

 

Rose & Pistachio Nut Butter Serving Notes:
The flavour is layered rather than loud – nutty with a gentle hit of rose making everything it touches feel special. It loves ripe figs, Medjool dates, dark chocolate and a little flaky sea salt. Gets on beautifully with orange zest, cardamom, meringues and flaky pastry.
