Shipping policy

DELIVERY

UK shipping for orders over £40 is FREE. For orders under £40 shipping costs £5.

We offer a next working day service for £6.95. 

TURNAROUND

Next (working) day orders if placed before midday Monday-Friday are dispatched on the same day. If a next day order is placed after the midday cutoff it will be shipped the following working day. 

Orders placed using standard shipping may take up to 3 working days to be dispatched, but are usually shipped sooner. 

CARRIERS

All UK deliveries (excluding some parts of Scotland and offshore islands) are being sent with Yodel. Delivery from dispatch is between 1-2 days.

To some parts of Scotland and offshore islands, delivery is with Royal Mail and can take longer.

At busy times of the year delivery times may be extended. Please make sure that delivery address & postcode are correct as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email from us with tracking number provided by the shipping carrier as soon as your order is dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping has been put on pause until the dust settles with Brexit and export becomes clearer and simpler to navigate. We hope this will not be too long!
