Made in small batches, our Rose & Pistachio Butter begins with carefully chosen organic ingredients: pistachios, cashews, coconut oil, coconut sugar and rose water.
The organic rose water we use is made from classic Persian Damask rose blossoms through a simple water extraction process. Fresh organic rose petals are boiled with water on a 1:1 basis, creating a delicate, fragrant distillate.
Unlike our simpler nut butters, our Rose & Pistachio Butter requires an extra stage of production to make the rose water ready to be folded into the pistachio butter. Part alchemy, part culinary magic, and very much our trade secret.

Allergy Information: All of our products contain nuts and may contain traces of peanuts, sesame and other tree nuts. Made in an environment where gluten is present.

Happiness in a jar
This nut butter is my happy place. The rose flavour is really delicate and balances so beautifully with the pistachio. I got my first jar as a gift but have bought more for myself since.

Divine!
This nut butter flavour is divine! A spoonful straight from the jar, on sourdough, drizzled on porridge - takes the dish to another level with that indulgent creamy pistachio and hint of rose, 100% yum!

Utterly Addictive!!
I came across the Rose & Pistachio Butter in Borough Market. As soon as I tasted some I had to buy a jar as it was so delicious! The price did make me pause… but I splurged and now I’m addicted. I add a spoonful to a bowl of yoghurt and frozen berries and feel like I’m having a real treat of a dessert. Just ordered two more jars as I never want to be without it. I also added the Coconut Cashew (yummy) and the Hazelnut Cocoa to the order (not tried that one yet). If in doubt… just try it out. You won’t be disappointed.
