First tasted this at a stall in Borough Market, guy was such a lovely seller as well. I frikking hate cardamon in food, but there's something about this but butter that just works. Love it drizzled on my chia seed, oat and honey porridge. The Rose and Pistachio is also amazing.

Coconut butter like no other!

This butter is so unique and I haven't come across any other butters like this on the market. I would love it if there was an option to buy a larger jar. This butter is the perfect accompaniment on some simple toast or sourdough crackers. My daughter is addicted to this butter and it is fabulous with a few raspberries or blueberries sprinkled over the top at anytime of day from breakfast or as a snack or dessert. The butter is a great consistency and not too coconutty but just sweet enough without it being too sweet, just perfect. The hint of cardamom is the icing on the cake!
